ABOUT US

The International Consulting Group (ICG) is a leading consulting firm established in Yemen in August 2001. ICG offers high-quality consulting services to help organizations achieve operational excellence and comply with international standards. ICG is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for its Quality Management System (QMS), demonstrating its commitment to delivering consistent service quality, promoting continual improvement, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our services include ISO certification, administrative, financial, and economic consulting, training and capacity building, feasibility studies, third-party monitoring, and strategic planning.

ICG is an authorized agent of SCK Certifications Private Limited in Yemen, to provide internationally accredited ISO certificates recognized by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF).

The International Consulting Group has successfully implemented ISO 9001:2015 certification and other standards for many institutions in Yemen, enhancing their performance and credibility. The ICG is committed to empowering organizations, enhancing quality, and supporting sustainable development.
